Terms and Conditions :

Welcome to ZFix. You may use our services through our website www.zipl.in ("Website") or our mobile application ("ZFix App"). Our Website and ZFix App have been created to provide information about our company and services to the visitors and user of services, whether accessible to you via web, mobile App or other platform (our services, together with the Site, are the "Services") 

For the purpose of these Terms and conditions, the term 'ZFix' or 'Us' or 'We' refers to Zuraainz International Pvt Ltd. The term 'You' refers to the user or viewer of our website and/or ZFix App. 

When You use any of the Services provided by Us, including but not limited to, Electrical, Plumbing, Computer repair, Pest control, Painting, Carpentry etc, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this terms and condition, and shall be considered as part and parcel of these terms and conditions. As long as you comply with these terms and conditions, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our platforms. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the terms and conditions mentioned herein with those of the particular service, the provisions of the 

mentioned herein with those of the particular service, the provisions of the terms and conditions applicable to such specific Services shall prevail. 


• For any issues related to the quality service, you can e-mail us zfix@zuraainz.in 

• Any complaints in respect of the sery should be raised within 24 hours from service. In the event that any rework refund is to be processed for the sery it shall be initiated only within warranty period for the respect service. The warranty period of vario_P services is as set forth in Category 1 and the exclusions are set forth in Category 

2. The decision on whether a service should be reworked, or a refund is to be provided will be at the discretion of ZFix

 • In the event that any rework is to be performed for any services that has already been rendered via a service provider ("ZFix Expert"), ZFix should be contacted directly on zfix@zuraainz.in . Please do not call the ZFix Expert directly. In the event that any Customer directly contacts the ZFix Expert: ZFix will not responsible for any actions or behavior of the ZFix Expert, nor will it be responsible for any consequences thereof. 

• The Customer shall have waived his / her / its right to any service warranty that may have been provided at the time of booking. 

• The rework of any rendered service would be done by either a ZFix Expert or a third party appointed by ZFix (at the discretion of ZFix). 

• ZFix would be liable only for the sere rendered / appliance repaired / replac Further, ZFix would not be liable for service / appliance which has IN changed / altered post such rendering service / repair, by you or any third par — 

• We do not undertake any repairs relative to the printed circuit board (PCB) neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same. 

• We do not undertake any repairs for appliances older that 5 years from the date of purchase neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same. 

• Please report any payment or invoicing related issues within 48 (Forty Eight) hours of the job closure. 

For the issue within the warranty period 

• The warranty period differs from service to service and is applicable from the date of completion of the service, provided that the full amount for such service has been paid to ZFix. 

• In case you have any concerns with the work completed, ZFix may cause the service  to be reworked free-of-cost. provided that the full amount for such service has been paid to ZFix.

• In case you have any concerns with the work completed, ZFix may cause the service to be reworked free-of-cost, provided that such concern raised is bonafide and/or upon ZFix conducting an inspection, if necessary. 

• In case it is difficult to identify if the rework is related to the ZFix rendered service or not, we will send our technician to conduct an inspection, without any additional inspection charges and take a complete account of the situation. Post such inspection, if our technician is of the view that the rework is not related to the ZFix rendered service, no rework of the service will be rendered. You will further be liable to reimburse any and all charges of the technician for such inspection. 

• You acknowledge and agree that for categories, including, but not limited to, banquet hall and painting, documentation services, a warranty and possibility of rework will not be applicable. Therefore, any issue reported with respect to the quality of service for these categories will be based on the outcome of inspection of the service provided. 

For issue raised after the warranty period 

• No rework will be performed by ZFix or ZFiv's Experts post the warranty period  • Please call or write to us to book a new job. 

Compensation and refund 

• Processing any refund is at the complete discretion of ZFix. In all events, the maximum amount that ZFix will pay you as compensation or refund, shall be at the discretion of ZFix, depending on the service availed by you, and shall not exceed the service amount paid by you for the respective service or Rs.5000/- (Rupees five Thousand), whichever is lower. Under no circumstances will the maximum amount payable to you by ZFix exceed Rs.5000/- (Rupees five Thousand). 

Warranty period 

• Air Conditioners 

  • General Service - 48 Hours
  • Gas top up - No warranty
  • Repair - 7 days

• For all other Home Appliances 

  • General Service - 48 Hours
  • Repair - 30 days

• For Computer/Laptops 

  • Software Fixes/Installation 7 days
  • Hardware repairs - 30 days
  • Warranty not applicable if customer
  • Warranty not applicable it customer rejected technician recommended repairs/parts

Warranty: Category 1 


Category 2  

• Warranty on Pest Control is as follows : Cockroach control - 30 days, Termite Control - 5 years, Bed Bugs - 30 days on single service, Wood Borer - 1 year, General Pest Control - No warranty for single service, 3 months warranty applicable on AMC 

• Any pest control services rendered other than cockroach control and is outside the AMC subscription. All pest control services take 7-10 days to take effect. Post the present treatment booked, our experts will help you identify the sources of the infestation and also will suggest you best practices to be followed for a pest free environment.

 • Warranty is not valid for any issues resulting from an existing damage in the unit for which the customer is not ready to take up the suggested repair by the ZFix technician. 

• Warranty is not valid for any part / material which is procured / purchased by the customer or for damages / issues resulting out of a part / material procured by the customer 

• Manufacturer warranty or 30 days of ZFix warranty will apply for parts / materials procured by ZFix - whichever is higher

• Warranty is not valid for any services wherein Zfix is acting as the intermediator between customer and Vendor
